NTA viewers taken aback as they spot Loose Women's 'fuming' response to This Morning win

Viewers of the National Television Awards were distracted by the Loose Women panellists reaction to This Morning's win.

Stars from the world of showbiz gathered for the glitzy ceremony at the Ovo Arena, Wembley last night. The Loose Women were up against This Morning in the daytime prize.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield took to the stage after host Joel Dommett announced This Morning as the winners. However, viewers following the show on Twitter claimed the Loose Women panelists were not "impressed" with the outcome.

Kelly said: "Anyone else see the Loose Women nod their head with the eye roll when Holly and Phil won."

Glam responded: "Loved that Linda Robson didn’t bother to clap."

Vicki added: "Even the #LooseWomen weren’t impressed when #ThisMorning won"

PKaur commented: "The loose women were not happy!! Fuming!"

Phil made a touching plea to fans as he collected the award. The broadcaster said: "Please don't think we ever get complacent. And please don't think we ever take this for granted. This means so much to us every year, especially this year. We have the most amazing team, I have the best friend and we have the best boss."

Holly added: "Thank you so much. This means everything because it is voted by you and I think This Morning has a very special relationship with you. You make our show for us, you really do."
