A woman has died after allegedly fighting with a female family member in the Northern Territory.
Police were called to an incident near the town of Katherine, 320km south of Darwin, about 11pm on Tuesday, a police spokesman said on Wednesday.
"Officers located an unresponsive woman, who had allegedly been involved in a fight with a female relative," Detective Senior Sergeant Paul Lawson said.
"Paramedics commenced CPR, but unfortunately the 33-year-old woman died at the scene just after midnight."
Detectives are treating it as a domestic violence incident and investigations are ongoing.
