The Brad Haddin era as coach of NSW has started with a stunning four-wicket win after Queensland wilted in the field for the second game in a row after posting a big total.

Queensland appeared on track for victory at Allan Border Field after posting 358, largely due to a blazing century by opener Hugh Weibgen (125 off 89 deliveries).
