NSE IPO all set to open; co raises Rs 6,746 crore from anchor investors including LIC, Goldman Sachs

NSE IPO LIC Norges Bank India ADIA Fidelity Insurance

The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has raised Rs 6,746.18 crore from 189 anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO), which opens on September 17, Thursday, with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs among the prominent participants.

Shares were allotted to anchor investors at Rs 1,785 apiece, including a share premium of Rs 1,784.
