LUCKNOW: The first test tube baby of Lucknow, Prarthana, is now 23 years old and a mother herself.

Having given birth to a daughter 15 days ago, Prarthana was ecstatic to be attending an event organized around IVF by Ajanta Hospital on Saturday.
