Notts County team news vs Torquay as Luke Williams confirms enforced change

Luke Williams has named defender Aden Baldwin in his Notts County starting line-up for the visit of Torquay United at Meadow Lane this afternoon.

The 25-year-old defender returns to the side after missing the last six games leading up to his 16-minute appearance at Wealdstone on Tuesday evening, replacing the suspended Richard Brindley.

Baldwin has not started for the Magpies since their 5-0 win over Dagenham and Redbridge back at the start of September and is likely to play on the right side of the back three, with Connell Rawlinson continuing in the middle and Kyle Cameron on the left.

With that one defensive change, the rest of the side remains the same following the win at Grosvenor Vale, with Williams keen on maintaining that momentum that has seen his side open up a three-point gap at the summit of the National League table.

West Brom loanee Quevin Castro comes into the matchday squad for the first time in two matches, with Joel Taylor still missing from the squad this afternoon.

Macaulay Langstaff could equal or better Kyle Wootton and Ruben Rodrigues' goals tally from last season this afternoon, with two goals enough to see him equal the pairs 19 goals from last term.

Notts line-up: Slocombe; Cameron, Rawlinson, Baldwin, Chicksen, Nemane; Palmer, Bajrami; Rodrigues, Scott, Langstaff.

SUBS: Adebayo-Rowling, Francis, Austin, Castro, Mitchell.
