Nottinghamshire Police have issued an appeal to Newcastle United supporters who may be able to help with their investigations into a fatal collision.
Fans who attended the Newcastle United v Nottingham Forest game on Friday are asked to check their dashcam footage if they travelled home via Bobbers Mill from the City Ground.
The appeal comes following the death of a 66-year-old man who was struck by a car along Alfreton Road, Bobbers Mill, at approximately 10.35pm on Friday. The man, who has now been named as Vasile Predoiu, from Broxtowe, sadly died at the scene.
