Major closures in Nottingham and Newark remain in place due to flooding.
In the city, Queens Drive Park and Ride near Wilford is closed on Wednesday, February 23 because of rising water levels.
Commuters have been advised to use Racecourse Park and Ride as an alternative by Nottingham City Transport.
The park and ride has been closed since Monday due to a flooding risk.
It will remain shut to the public on Thursday.

The A617 Kelham Road in Newark is also closed in both directions between the Cattlemarket Roundabout and the Fox Inn.
Motorists are advised to divert via South Muskham.
Both roads were closed on Tuesday, in the aftermath of Storm Franklin, Storm Eunice and Storm Dudley which battered the UK over the last week.
Inrix, a traffic monitoring site, reads: "A617 Kelham Road in both directions closed due to flooding between A46 (Cattlemarket Roundabout , Newark on Trent) and The Fox Inn (Kelham).
"Closed since Tuesday 22nd afternoon. Affecting traffic between Newark and Kirklington. Diversion - via South Muskham."
