The most and least expensive neighbourhoods in Nottingham to buy properties has been revealed in government data. The parliamentry data breaks down just how much you will, on average, have to shell out to buy a property in each area of the city and how this compares to other areas nearby - using a property price heat map.
It showed the constituency with the most expensive house price was Nottingham South, with a property setting you back just under £200,000 on average - in Nottingham East the average is £160,000 and in Nottingham North its even less, coming in at £145,000. If you're looking to buy in a specific neighbourhood, the Park and Castle is the most expensive option in Nottingham, according to its median house price of £295,000.
By contrast, if you're looking to get on the property ladder but don't have a huge budget, the data shows houses in Bulwell North are the cheapest, on average costing £115,000. The next cheapest is Hyson Green just above that, at £118,000, and then St Ann's West at £122,000.
