An independent food store in a popular location has announced its closure. Natural Food Company, an independent retailer, specialises in vegan and vegetarian products, and also caters for those who have specialist dietary requirements such as gluten and wheat intolerances.
The shop is located on Mansfield Road, in a busy shopping spot in the city centre. On its website, it says the shop "is considered to be green and ethical and has an impeccable reputation within the local community for providing a knowledgeable and friendly service".
Natural Food Company says it has been trading at this location since 1995 - however the shop has now announced its closure. A large sign displayed on the front window of the store reads: 'Closing down. Last day on Tuesday, June May 20.'

The store stocks a wide range of products from supplements and herbal remedies to body care, aromatherapy and vegetarian ambient, chilled and frozen foods. They offer a popular range of vegetarian and vegan foods to take away which can be served hot or cold.
