Nottingham Forest would 'consider' selling Brennan Johnson for £50million this summer, according to a report.
The 22-year-old has been the subject of long-standing interest from Premier League rivals Brentford, who tried to sign Johnson 18 months ago and had a £30million bid knocked back last month.
According to the Daily Mail, Brentford are 'confident' of being able to sign Johnson, while Forest 'may be willing' to sell their academy graduate. But it would take an offer 'in the region of £50m' for the Reds to consider a sale.
There is also said to be interest in Johnson from clubs in Spain, though a £50m price tag would make a move to La Liga highly unlikely. Johnson has previously been linked to other Premier League clubs, but Brentford's interest has been most serious.

Johnson featured in all 38 Premier League games last season for Forest, scoring eight goals and assisting another three. The youngster impressed throughout his debut season in the top flight, solidifying interest from elsewhere.
Such form has put the ball firmly in Forest's court, and firms up their £50million valuation of the forward. It remains to be seen whether any clubs will be willing to stump up that fee during the current transfer window.
