It is a big night for Nottingham Forest Under-18s this evening, as they take on Chelsea in the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup at the City Ground.
The young Reds are unbeaten in their last six - picking up four wins and two draws - and Warren Joyce will hope his side can produce one of their best performances yet against the Blues. Victory for the Under-18s would see them reach the FA Youth Cup final for the first time in the club's history.
They take on a Chelsea team flying high in the southern section of the U18 Premier League standings having lost just four of their 19 league fixtures. “It’s a fantastic achievement to get to this stage of the competition," said Joyce. "We’re in with the big boys at the end, but we’re not happy we’re just doing that, we’re aiming to get to the next stage as well.”
