It's fair to say that Nottingham Forest's activity in the transfer window last summer raised a few eyebrows.
The same eyebrows will likely rise again with Steve Cooper admitting that if the right players are there to be signed - Forest WILL act in the window.
The manager will also likely agree to outgoings as well as incomings as Forest look to find the balance that ultimately leads to Premier League survival. It promises to be an interesting few weeks.
