Nottingham Forest have reportedly had a £2.5million bid for Blackpool winger Josh Bowler rejected.
The 23-year-old is seemingly back on the Reds' radar as Steve Cooper remains keen to add the Championship star to his ranks before the transfer deadline on September 1. With Bowler out of contract next summer, the Seasiders are reportedly prepared to accept an offer of £4m plus add-ons, according to journalist Alan Nixon.
The report also notes that: "Blackpool hinted at the weekend - when the bid was made - that decent money and a quick sale could work for them."
