Nottingham Forest are set to raid Liverpool and Wolves for Neco Williams and Morgan Gibbs-White in a double swoop worth £35million.
Forest boss Steve Cooper knows both players well - he worked with Wales international Williams during his time in Liverpool's academy and signed Gibbs-White on loan at Swansea City after he played under him for England's age-grade sides.
The Sun report Williams is valued at £15million, with various other outlets reporting Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is willing to sanction a sale this summer.

The City Ground club face competition from Fulham for Williams, where the full-back spent the second half of last season on loan.
With both teams now in the Premier League, finances shouldn't be an issue but the same report states Williams favours Forest over the Cottagers. He would have big boots to fill, such was the impact Djed Spence made in the east Midlands last term, with the Middlesbrough man now set for a top-flight move of his own.
Gibbs-White is valued at £20million by the Molineux club and after a successful season on loan at Sheffield United, Wolves could be tempted to cash in on the attacking midfielder.
Should Forest land the pair it would take their spending over the £50million mark after they sealed the signing of Taiwo Awoniyi for £17.2million from Union Berlin earlier this week.
Cooper also maintains an interest in Tottenham's Joe Rodon, who played under the head coach in south Wales.
