Nottingham Forest are one of two Premier League clubs to have made "enquiries" for Gambia Under-20 star Adama Bojang, according to reports.
The 18-year-old striker has caught the eye with his performances for his nation in the Africa Cup of Nations U20 Championships, which is currently being held in Egypt. He scored a hat trick as he helped Gambia into the semi-final of the competition with a 5-0 win over South Sudan.
He then scored the only goal of the game in Monday’s semi-final over Nigeria, striking in the seventh minute. The win means Gambia take on Senegal in the final of the competition on Saturday afternoon.

Bojang currently plays for Gambian side Steve Biko FC, but his performances in the tournament could earn him an overseas move. According to the Daily Mail, Forest and Tottenham have sent scouts to watch the teenager, with both making "enquiries" to his club over a possible move.
The two English sides are also said to have competition from Dutch giants Ajax and French side Marseille, who have also made their interest known. It means that Forest could face a lot of competition should they wish to bring the striker to the City Ground in the summer transfer window.
Bojang is tipped to be named player of the tournament in the AFCON U20 championship, no matter the outcome of Saturday’s final against Senegal. It’s not only on the international stage where the forward is impressing with the 6ft 3in teenager also prolific for his club in domestic football.
“Coming to his tournament and showing my talent to Africa and the world, and having a hat-trick for my country as a youngster, is so amazing.” Bojang told reporters after his hat-trick against South Sudan. “We are preparing strongly and scoring goals is very important.”
