Nottingham Forest supporters are more concerned at this stage about keeping the current crop of players together for next season rather than adding additions to the team.
The Reds have five players currently on loan at the club until the end of the season, three of which are from Premier League outfits and the other two from fellow Championship promotion rivals. The quintet (Keinan Davis, Max Lowe, James Garner, Djed Spence, and Philip Zinckernagel) have become key figures in their short time at the City Ground, with four out of five starting last weekend's FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool.
Forest fans a fixated upon keeping as many of them as possible on the books next season before even casting an eye of enhancing the current squad further. Here is a selection of the reaction from our Facebook page when fans were asked to name their dream Forest signing.
READ: What happened next to the players who left Forest last summer
Roy Lewin: Djed Spence; Keinan Davis; James Garner; Philip Zinckernagel plus make sure we hold onto Joe Worrall and Brennan Johnson and also sign Max Lowe. Keeping this team together is imperative.
Nm Brown: Spence. Keinan. Garner. And a good striker who we all knows bangs them in. Wouldn't mind seeing Sammy Ameobi coming back. He can cover a lot of areas. One defender. One midfielder. One winger. One striker.
Nick Bradbury: Spence, Garner, and Davis. I am greedy.
Edward Morecroft: Djed Spence when get promoted.
Chris Roach: Erling Haaland on Dad's recommendation.
Ryan Savage: Sign Johnson to a new contract.
Helen Hunt Wright: Spence, Garner and don’t sell Worrall or Johnson.
Scott Hopkins: James Garner - not a chance but he would be the one I’d keep if I could keep a loan signing.
Tom Hulley: Keeping Steve Cooper. Could be a big job if we don’t go up.
Andy Bearne: Spence. Ideally, he already has a loan to buy deal attached to him.
