Nottingham Forest have told supporters what they must do to avoid a repeat of the delayed kick-off seen against Notts County on Tuesday.
Forest says the main cause of the issue was fans scanning multiple tickets from one mobile, something the club is keen to avoid before Saturday's pre-season friendly against Valencia at Meadow Lane.
The advice is for supporters with multiple tickets to print them before arriving at the stadium, something they say will "dramatically speed up" the process of getting people into the ground. The game is set to kick off at 6pm, with turnstiles opening at 4:30pm.

In a statement, Forest said: "Supporters attending Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Valencia at Meadow Lane are advised of the following essential information.
"NFFC, along with Notts County, are keen to avoid a reoccurrence of the issues which led to a delayed kick-off when the two clubs met on Tuesday night.
"The main reason for heavy queues at the turnstiles was the number of supporters scanning multiple tickets from one mobile device. Those needing to scan multiple tickets are politely requested to print theirs at home/work, as this will dramatically speed up entry times.
"It is also strongly recommended that fans pass through the turnstiles as early as possible (open from 4.30pm) to ease congestion close to kick-off."
