Nottingham Forest are hoping Steve Cooper will sign a new contract before the players return for pre-season.
The Reds head coach is in Athens with his family for a well earned holiday, but with the trip doubling up as a chance to hold contract talks between Cooper, his agent and Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis.
The Telegraph first reported the news last night, with The Sun adding that Cooper has been offered a new three-year deal with an increased salary.
