Nottingham Forest away from home is a fixture that hasn't been kind to Arsenal in recent years and this season's meeting is perhaps more important to one side than it is to the other.
It won't have been that long ago when many Gunners supporters looked at the trip to the City Ground and viewed it as a must-win game with regard to the Premier League title race. Whilst that still might be the case, it will potentially only be delaying the inevitable by around 24 hours.
Of course, victory for the visitors on Saturday evening is the only result - due to the goal difference situation - that stops Manchester City from being crowned champions when the final whistle is blown. Even so, Pep Guardiola's side can clinch the title should they beat Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium.

But if meetings between Forest and Arsenal at the City Ground, in the last five years, is any indication of how things will unfold at the weekend then the Premier League title race will be done and dusted before Man City kick a ball thus confirming them as champions with three games to spare.
Now, the Gunners may have only lost this particular fixture once in the Premier League era but on their past two trips to Nottingham in the 2017/18 campaign and last season - albeit with weakened teams in the FA Cup third round under Arsene Wenger and Mikel Arteta - they have been beaten.
A third straight loss means they will only be able to finish on 84 points and because of their inferior goal difference a draw would effectively mean the title race is over as Man City, barring a huge win for Arsenal over Wolves on the final day, would still come out on top if by some miracle the two teams finish level on points.
So with that said, it would appear that the north London outfit are only playing for pride especially when taking into account that a top-two finish has already been secured whereas Forest admittedly need the points more in their battle to avoid an immediate return to the Championship.
As things stand, Steve Cooper's side have a three-point cushion over the relegation zone following their 2-2 draw away at Chelsea last weekend, but perhaps crucially their goal difference of -31 is inferior to Everton (-24), Leeds United (-25) and Leicester City (-18).
However, there is a scenario that sees Forest secure their Premier League status for another season. That's if they beat Arsenal and Leeds fail to beat Europa Conference League finalists West Ham United on Sunday afternoon. Alternatively, a draw will be enough but only if Leicester don't pick up three points against Newcastle United on Monday night in addition.
Based on last season's prize money, finishing 16th could earn Nottingham Forest around £11m with the incentive of an extra £2m the higher up they go, so that coupled with the possibility of avoiding relegation is all the motivation they need to get the result against Arsenal that ultimately ends the title race.
