Nottingham Forest supporters are speculating over the future of Joe Worrall after the defender is reportedly receiving renewed interest from the Premier League
Everton and West Ham United are both credited with an interest in the 25-year-old, with the latter a long-term admirer of Worrall 's and are apparently set to approach Forest this summer if they don't achieve promotion.
The defender surpassed 30 appearances for the season this week and has remained a key part of the backline under Steve Cooper.
Here is a selection of the reaction on our Forest Facebook page to the reports of interest in Worrall...
Ian Michael: Take the money and run with a grin on your face! Worrall is the third-best defender that we have! He’s good but McKenna and Cook are better! Worrall gives the ball away too much and is prone to mistakes. Take the money and invest it in more players!
Wesley Forsyth: I know it comes down to money and Premiership status but Forest are a class club with great history and are looking like a rising star again I know where I'd rather be.
Scott Rodgers: I like Worrall, an excellent captain and I feel better knowing he's there at the back for us.
Martyn Barnett: Come on Worrall, you know it's close for us now, I wouldn't begrudge him a move and just like Cash I would wish him all the best.
Lee Roebuck: Anyone who leaves Forest is making a mistake, incredible manager, great owner and backroom staff and fantastic fans.. the future is looking very rosy.
Phil Sutton: I think we all know already if we don’t get promoted then we will lose Worrall and Brennan (Johnson).
Matt Shaw: Lose at least five players if we don't go up.
Christopher Price: That's a step down then.
James Brewer: Why would he want to play in the Championship with Everton....when he could be playing in the Premier League with Forest?
Richard Newstead: £30 million.....he's yours.
