Nottingham Forest confirm transfer after loan spell at League Two side

Nottingham Forest Forest Will Swan League Two Nigel Clough Arsenal Mansfield Town

Nottingham Forest have confirmed that forward Will Swan has joined Mansfield Town on a permanent transfer.

The 22-year-old has impressed during a loan spell this season at the Stags where he scored nine goals in 33 appearances. Swan was an academy graduate at Forest where he made two first-team appearances.

His performances for Nigel Clough's team put them on the verge of the League Two play-offs before missing out by just a single point on the final day of the season despite beating Colchester United.
