Fans have reacted with delight to the news that S Club 7 will perform in Nottingham as part of a 25th anniversary tour. All seven original members of the pop group will perform at the Motorpoint Arena on October 24 as well as in 10 other UK cities including Liverpool, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.
Just hours after the announcement, fans can already get prepared to buy tickets - the earliest of which go on sale on Wednesday (February 15) at 10am during the Three presale. Next up is the general sale which starts this Friday (February 17) at 10am on Ticketmaster.
Ticket prices will start from £39.48, according to the Motorpoint Arena website. Many Nottinghamshire Live readers reacted with delight at the news on social media.

On Facebook, Fiona Rachel Syson wrote: "My life is complete. Toooooo excited for this!" John Hall said: "Love to see them."
Adam Werle added: "Need to go." Others were not so keen, with Simon Crowley writing: "Just when you think things can't get any worse, here come S Club 7 to prove that things can indeed get worse"
Mike Norman said: "Oh I can't wait. Said no-one ever." Speaking ahead of the tour, the band said: "After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we're reuniting and performing together again. We're so excited to bring the S Club party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7.
"Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we've ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party!" S Club 7 became a household name in the late 90s and early 2000s, producing four multi-platinum selling albums, nine number-one international singles and winning two BRIT Awards.
