Nottingham City Transport announces new bus service between Clifton and the city centre

Nottingham City Transport has announced a new and improved bus service between the city centre and Clifton. The new 3A service will operate hourly from Monday to Saturday during the day, running through Silverdale and Wilford village.

The 3A replaces the existing CT4N services 2, 22 and 23 which currently serve Silverdale and Wilford, which will finish on Friday, September 16. Officials at NCT say the new bus service, which will begin on September 19, will offer an improved service for residents.

Anthony Carver-Smith, NCT head of marketing, said: “Our new 3A service provides an improved, six-days-a-week service for the residents of Silverdale and Wilford village, maintaining their important daytime links to the city centre and Clifton."
