Traffic remains congested after a closed stretch of the A52 re-opened following a crash involving a lorry. On Monday, February 13, the road was shut between A453 Clifton Lane and A60 Loughborough Road after a lorry collided with the central reservation.
The accident took place at around 1pm, and clear up work has been completed. The road was re-opened shortly after 3pm, but there is still congestion on roads in the area.
Including Queens Drive, Wilford Lane and Loughborough Road through West Bridgford. According to the traffic monitoring site Inrix, traffic remains heavier than normal on the A52 Clifton Boulevard Southbound, with a travel time of 45 minutes.
The earlier incident has also led to their being severe delays on Nottingham City Transport Navy and Green services. Delays to services are expected to continue over the next few hours.
