'Not what you want' - Donny van de Beek opens up on Everton loan spell after Man United return

Van de Beek Everton Donny van de Beek Frank Lampard Manchester United Goodison Park

Donny van de Beek has spoken about his loan spell at Everton following his return to Manchester United.

The Netherlands international spent the second half of last season on loan with the Blues, after being a deadline day signing for Frank Lampard. However, injuries restricted Van de Beek to just seven appearances for Everton.

Van de Beek’s final appearance came in the last Premier League match of the campaign. He scored the Blues’ only goal in the 5-1 away defeat to Arsenal.
