Cardiff City chairman Mehmet Dalman believes the Bluebirds' talented youngsters will play a big part if the Bluebirds are to achieve their ultimate goal of reaching the Premier League in the long term.
The Bluebirds have had an incredibly busy transfer window, bringing in 13 players after a max exodus of out-of-contract and loan players they had at the club last term. It was the perfect time for a reset and Steve Morison, to his credit, and his recruitment team have worked tirelessly to assemble a younger, fresher squad for the 2022/23 campaign.
Competition is rife all over the park now at Cardiff City Stadium, a welcome change from last season when, at times, there were gaps which desperately needed to be plugged.
