Restoration Day Arrives with a Different Set of Risks
The utility serving Northwest Indiana has set 11:59 p.m. Tuesday as its target for substantially completing restoration in Gary and Portage, the last two communities still dark after the storm that hit on August 11. For some households, that will mean two weeks without electricity.
