Ian Baraclough hopes "bright spark" Conor McMenamin can continue shining for Northern Ireland after retaining the Glentoran winger in his squad for this month's Nations League doube-header against Kosovo and Greece.
McMenamin made his international debut back in June against Cyprus, the first of three international caps earned to date.
The 27-year-old impressed in Larnaca, and has carried that form into the new domestic season with two goals in five Premiership games to help the Glens surge to the top of the early standings.

Baraclough has praised McMenamin for making a positive impact since joining up with his squad.
“I thought he was a real bright spark in June. I know he was nursing an injury as well but he was desperate to be called up," Baraclough said.
"The way he carries the ball and has confidence in his own ability, he got into really good positions and drove the team forward. It was a difficult window, with people not knowing him, and Conor not knowing other players. It was tough to shine but he was a real bright spark.
"He’s taken that form into the start to the new season with Glentoran and deserves to keep his spot.”
Meanwhile, Baraclough has also welcomed the addition of former Under 21 captain Kofi Balmer to his senior squad.
Former Larne defender Balmer - who earned a move to Crystal Palace in the summer - is the only uncapped player to be named in Northern Ireland's pane; for the games against Kosovo (September 24) and Greece (Sept 27).
"(Balmer) missed out in the summer but he’s got himself a great move to Crystal Palace," Baraclough said.
"He’s settled down now and I think that’s testament to how hard he’s worked having got a move to Larne and full-time football and now he’s been noticed by a big club in England and he’s hoping to take his chance this year.”
