Alastair Seeley hopes his postal runs and extra gym work can deliver more glory at this week's North West 200.
The 42-year-old has six rides over two days, starting with the Supersport and Superstock classes on Thursday evening.
Postman Seeley was doing his rounds up until last weekend, while he has also been putting in the work in the gym as he looks to add to his record 24 wins on the Triangle circuit.

"People like to have a chat during my postal runs. You plan to get finished early but your run can last a bit longer than usual," Seeley joked.
"I did my last run on Friday and then I turned my focus to the North West. I could have worked Saturday but I needed my head showered.
"The route I am on is pretty much where I grew up. I have been doing it since last October, so residents like to have a chat about life, bikes and things.
"All the people who would have seen me running about as a kid, terrorising the neighbourhood.
"But you try not to chat too long, because you end up on your feet all day. It takes it out of you."
Seeley regularly documents his training on social media, with the 'Wee Wizard' enjoying some road biking and circuit sessions.
He says the extra work is necessary to compete at the elite end of motorcycle racing.
"I try and stay fit and I work out in the gym," he added.
"All them guys doing BSB, your Peter Hickmans, Glenn Irwins and Dean Harrisons, they are all training nearly every day.
"So I needed to keep doing what I was doing when I was racing in the British Championship.. Fitness is a big thing with the bikes and doing so many races at the North West you don't want to fatigue and tire.
"You would have no chance winning a race if you faded throughout the day, so I have been working as hard as I can.
"I am looking forward to the track improvements. Some of the track has been resurfaced which should make it smoother and hopefully equate to faster lap times."
