North Lanarkshire Council has announced temporary road closures in Newmains and Shotts in the coming weeks.
In Newmains, Stewart Crescent will be closed from July 4 to July 31. This is to allow the construction of a new development access.
Pedestrian access will be permitted at all times where applicable.
Vehicles on the east side of the closure wishing access to Stewart Crescent should proceed via A73 Westwood Road, Murdostoun View and King Street to Stewart Crescent.
Vehicles on Stewart Crescent wishing access to the east side of the closure should proceed vice versa.
Elsewhere, it was also confirmed an overnight closure will take place in Rosehall Road in Shotts from 10pm on June 21, to 6am the following morning for a Network Rail Bridge inspection.
Vehicular and pedestrian access will be permitted where practical during the closure.
