North Korea says it tested new AI-powered torpedo system

North Korea said on Saturday that it had tested a new AI-powered torpedo system as it continues a wave of recent weapons demonstrations.

The country's KCNA state news agency reported that the test involved the "super-speed, precisely guided" Zam-2.0 torpedo system, which it said uses artificial intelligence to aid with target detection and guidance.
