A missile fired off the east coast of North Korea has landed in Japan's waters, reports say.
Initial findings by the South Korean military suggest the projectile, fired early on Friday, may have been a long-range Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).
It fell into the sea inside Japan's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) around 130 miles west of the island of Oshima Oshima, according to the Japanese coast guard.
