With the North East slowly but surely nudging closer and closer to winter, it's only natural that the weather gets darker and gloomier. And it's no different in Newcastle as the weekend comes to a close and the new week dawns.
Overcast conditions are expected to commune above the Tyne on Sunday, with overcast grey skies darkening the usually bright and bustling city. Highs of 11C and lows of 10C are also anticipated to match the drab conditions.
And the gloom will also merge into Monday at the turn of the week, with thick dark clouds filling up and hiding fond blue skies. However, it is likely to stay dry regardless of the cloudy presence, with little to no rain expected on both days.
