Twenty-two acute care hospitals in North Carolina have successfully restored power as of Sunday night, following several days of relying on generator power. This update was confirmed by Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kody Kinsley.
Despite the challenges posed by the power outage, the hospitals were able to maintain their critical care services by utilizing generator power, ensuring that patient care was not compromised.
