A restaurant that was destroyed by a fire in 2019 and has not reopened since has been shortlisted for Welsh restaurant of the year.
It's not clear now Noodle One in Bangor made the shortlist for the awards when it has not dished up any food since December 17, 2019, when it was entirely gutted in a fire that broke out early in the morning.
North Wales Live reported that Noodle One was held up with scaffolding for more than a year until it was finally demolished last year, leaving an empty space on the High Street. It had been open since 2007 and was well liked by residents and students.
