'Nonsense!' - Arsenal fans fume at Premier League schedule for Boxing Day fixture vs West Ham

Arsenal are set for a London derby against West Ham on Boxing Day with the Premier League scheduling kick-off for 8pm.

The Gunners are set to play three games in the space of nine days over the festive period, starting with a clash against the Hammers at the Emirates Stadium on Monday, December 26. Mikel Arteta's side have enjoyed a brilliant start to the 2022/23 season and currently sit top of the Premier League table by two points.

Arsenal dropped points against Southampton at the weekend as reigning champions Manchester City closed to gap after their win against Brighton. The World Cup in Qatar is just weeks away with club football set to be suspended for a month, with Premier League football set to resume the day after Christmas.
