Chelsea have announced the signing of promising forward Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven on a seven-and-a-half-year deal - with the option of an extra year. The 20-year-old has shown plenty of ability in his time in the Netherlands, where he looked for his breakthrough after leaving Tottenham's youth ranks.
He managed to do that last season, though the current campaign has come with plenty of injury concerns and a lack of minutes as a result. He will be hoping for better luck with those concerns, especially given the Blues' track record with absences as of late, as Todd Boehly continues his search for promising players for the future.

"To return to England and play in the Premier League is a dream for me and my family and I can’t wait to get started.
