NOIDA: A 36-year-old woman was booked on Wednesday after videos of her seven-year-old adopted daughter, who had injury marks on her and alleged that they were inflicted by her mother, were circulated on social media.
The videos were recorded by one of the girl’s teachers who noticed the bruises and enquired about them. Police contacted the school in Sector 73 when they came across the two videos in which the girl describes how she was tortured every day “over petty issues”.
