Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are to play a special homecoming concert at Wythenshawe Park next year. The gig will mark the band's first headline show since 2019 and the first major concert hosted at the park.
The former Oasis guitarist and co-vocalist will appear at the park for the concert on August 26, 2023 with support from Primal Scream and Future Islands.
Noel, who grew up nearby in Longsight, announced the concert following the recent release of single 'Pretty Boy', ahead of the suspected release of a new album next year.
