Noel Gallagher fires major Man City warning to Arsenal as Premier League title race heats up

Oasis legend and Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher has backed Pep Guardiola's side to win the treble this season despite being six points behind Arsenal in the Premier League. City remain in contention to win the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League this season.

Guardiola's side were in a similar position last season, but went on to only win the Premier League ahead of Liverpool as Jurgen Klopp's side missed out on a historic quadruple-winning campaign. The Gunners were knocked out of the Europa League last month and suffered domestic cup defeats to City and Brighton.

Mikel Arteta is aiming to become the first Arsenal manager to lift the Premier League title since Arsene Wenger in 2004 - nearly 20 years ago. The north Londoners still have tough tests against City at the Etihad Stadium and Newcastle at St. James' Park to come, along with a huge game against Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium next month.
