The glitz and glamour of events like the Grammy Awards may make it seem like every aspect of the experience is perfect, but singer Noah Kahan recently shared a different side of things. Taking his Instagram followers on a behind-the-scenes tour, Kahan gave an honest glimpse into the less pristine areas of the event, particularly the bathrooms.

In an Instagram story video, Kahan jokingly announced his intention to use the restroom at the Grammy Awards, promising to update his followers on the toilet situation. True to his word, Kahan returned with a second video to spill the tea. He described the men's bathroom as 'disgusting,' undoubtedly not what one would expect at such a prestigious event.

Prior to his bathroom adventure, Kahan had already expressed his pre-show jitters and excitement to his fans. He shared his anticipation, stating that it was time to start feeling weird. Later, he revealed his Grammy Awards look - a black tie tuxedo and black-framed sunglasses - with a confident exclamation of 'Let's f---ing go.'

This marked Kahan's first time attending the Grammy Awards, and he was nominated for the coveted Best New Artist category. Alongside notable artists such as Gracie Abrams, Fred again.., Ice Spice, Jelly Roll, Coco Jones, Victoria Monét, and The War And Treaty, Kahan reveled in the recognition of his talent and hard work.

Kahan took his mom as his date for the awards show and spoke highly of her support during a pre-show conversation. He acknowledged her role in driving him to various open mic nights around Vermont and New Hampshire, always standing by him even when the crowd was sparse and the buzz was low. Kahan expressed immense gratitude for his mother, calling her his closest ally.

Since the release of his hit album, Stick Season, in 2022, Kahan has continued to make waves in the music industry. He recently released a deluxe version of the album, titled Stick Season (We'll All Be Here Forever), and has announced an upcoming final version, Stick Season (Forever), featuring collaborations with acclaimed artists like Hozier, Post Malone, and Sam Fender. Fans eagerly await its release on February 9.

While Noah Kahan may have encountered a less-than-ideal bathroom experience at the Grammy Awards, his journey as a musician and his accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable. His authenticity and ability to connect with his audience have endeared him to fans around the world. As he continues to grow and evolve as an artist, we can only expect more great things from him in the future.
