No7 at Boots now has a skincare line that 94% of women said they’d recommend for menopausal skin

The UK’s number one skincare brand, No7, is launching a new skincare collection designed to target the most common menopausal skincare concerns.

The range has been designed to help skin behave as if oestrogen was still present and is proven to target visual effects of collagen and lipid depletion in the skin, supporting skin needs experienced in perimenopause and menopause. It contains ingredients that target epidermal and skin barrier resilience, in addition to ageing and dryness concerns. The key menopause specific ingredients found within the range are niacinamide and ceramides, soy isoflavones and Japanese lily turf.

Key benefits delivered by the range include reducing visible redness, improving radiance, reducing dryness and sensitivity, reducing accelerated signs of ageing, and cooling hot skin.

The skincare line contains four products; Instant Radiance Serum (£32.95), Protect & Hydrate Day Cream (£32.95), Nourishing Overnight Cream (£32.95) and Instant Cooling Mist (£14.95).

The new No7 Menopause Skincare Collection has been developed by No7 scientists following five years of scientific research and using unique insights from its 20-year partnership with the University of Manchester in collaboration with a group of more than 7,000 menopausal women.

In fact, 94% of women said they would recommend the range, and 80% said it is better suited to their menopausal skin than their usual skincare range.

Dr Mike Bell, No7 Head of Science Research said: ““Our scientific research shows the important role that oestrogen plays in maintaining skin health. The new No7 Menopause Skincare range has been developed to support skin barrier resilience and tackle some of the most common concerns women report. From consulting more than 7000 menopausal women in our cohort, we know that the menopause is associated with several undesirable skin changes, with many women reporting increased dryness, dullness and sensitivity. The range delivers against these concerns and more, and we are thrilled by the results.”

So what are you waiting for? The collection will be available in selected Boots stores as well as online too, from the 25th August.
