NEW DELHI: For a tree to consistently bear fruit, season after season, the health of its roots holds the key. That, in fact, is true in most walks of life, including sports. An 11-year-old Delhi girl is one such case in point, who is traveling that road.
With five consecutive WTT titles in 2021, paddler Dhaani Jain is chalking out a career of note in table tennis. The sad part is that her consistent show hasn't made much news, whereas what she needs now is next-level support. As far as her current support is concerned, she is receiving that from her Dronacharya award-winning coach Sandeep Gupta, who also coached Manika Batra from when she was very young, and her father, Gaurav Jain.
