No real risk Latham will repeat 'vulgar' MP comment

Controversial ex-Labor leader Mark Latham has defeated a court bid that would have permanently banned him from saying that a rival MP engaged in disgusting sexual acts.

The former federal opposition and NSW One Nation leader was in September ordered by the Federal Court to pay independent MP Alex Greenwich $140,000 in damages over a tweet sent during the 2023 state election.
