The mother of two children killed in a high-speed crash has said an attempted cover-up by the driver's father was driven by cowardice and a lack of humanity.

Kagadour Hanna Kokozian, 64, knew his son Johnson was behind the wheel of the brand new SUV after the fatal accident but instead reported the vehicle as stolen.
