No good news for Indian Green Card applicants in July 2026 US visa bulletin, EB-1 date backslides by 2 months

The July 2026 visa bulletin brought little to no cheer for Indian Green Card applicants as the EB-1 category retrogressed by two months to October 15, 2022. EB-2 and EB-5 (unreserved) have already become unavailable for Indians as the per-country quota has already been exhausted, and the situation will remain so until September 30, the end of FY 2026. Only the EB-3 category moves forward from December 15, 2013, to January 1, 2014.
