No clear cause for death of mother seconds after giving birth, inquest told

A pathologist has told an inquest that he could not find a clear cause of death of a mother who went into cardiac arrest and died seconds after giving birth to her son.

Bernadette Horsey died shortly after giving birth to Tim on January 19 2022.
