No bail for alleged Qld road rage gunman

A man alleged to have shot and killed father-of-two Omega Ruston during a road rage incident on the Gold Coast in 2009 will remain behind bars.

Bail for 36-year-old Paul Younan was refused in the Brisbane Supreme Court on Wednesday, with the risk of him failing to appear to face a possible murder conviction deemed unacceptable.
