Nine people remain in a critical condition in hospital as an inquiry began on Saturday into a crash between two London-bound trains that killed a driver and left dozens of passengers injured.
Around 100 people were hurt after the 4:40pm from Corby to St Pancras struck the back of the 3:50pm from Nottingham, prompting an outpouring of support from King Charles and Sir Keir Starmer among others.
